Our Production

One of the most modern, technologically most advanced production facilities assures gentle recovery of those precious ethereal oils.
Fully automatic, process-controlled and closed-system manufacturing builds the basis of our guaranteed quality assurance. And a maximum of aromatic strength is secured by different raw material spice cleaning and milling procedures, fine-tuned to individual species' needs. Component blending is by special stainless-steel mixers in such a way that the specific looks and structure of a given spice mix are always maintained. SInce all spreadable spices are susceptible to the influence of light, and also tend to lose flavor rapidly when ground or milled, we use multi-coated aluminum bags for packaging such products. Example: our "La Cuisine" seasoning range for end-users.
